Record Removal Request

Pensacola Mugshots takes removal requests seriously. If you believe your arrest record should be removed from our website, please review the eligibility criteria below and submit your request.

Eligibility for Removal

You may be eligible for a free removal if any of the following apply:

• Your record has been expunged or sealed by a court
• All charges were dismissed or nolle prossed
• You were found not guilty at trial
• The arrest was made in error (false arrest)

How to Submit a Removal Request

To request removal of your record, please send the following to our contact address:

1. Your full legal name as it appears on the booking record
2. Your booking number (e.g. ECC26JBN007XXX)
3. The reason for your removal request
4. Supporting documentation (court order, expungement certificate, dismissal notice, etc.)

Please submit requests through our Contact page. We review all requests within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Removal requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Active cases or pending charges are not eligible for removal
• Removal from our site does not affect government records or other third-party websites
• We reserve the right to decline removal requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria
